Kreation Organic Juicery
An LA-based organic juicery — 20+ locations across the basin, all juices certified organic, never HPP (high-pressure pasteurized), produced fresh daily. Founded by Marjan Sarshar, the operation has become one of the two anchor independent juice brands in the Los Angeles plant-based food scene.

What they do
Kreation Organic Juicery produces cold-pressed juices and smoothies across 20+ LA-basin locations — every juice certified organic, never high-pressure-pasteurized, made fresh daily at the central kitchen and distributed to the storefronts. Beyond juice: nut milks, kombuchas, organic café food, plant-based snacks. The Sunset Boulevard flagship is the most-visible storefront.
Why it’s listed
Scaling an organic juice operation past three or four locations almost always means accepting HPP — the pasteurization step that extends shelf life from days to weeks but kills the enzyme and live-culture content that distinguishes raw juice from bottled fruit drink. Kreation has scaled to 20+ locations while refusing HPP. That’s a hard operational achievement, and it’s the model the directory wants to surface in the juice category.
Bioregional fit
Kreation is one of the two anchor juice brands in the los-angeles-basin — the bioregion’s first two directory listings in the juice category are Kreation and sunlife-organics.
