The Pacific Coast Farmers’ Market Association (PCFMA) is a [[san-francisco-bay-area|Bay Area]] nonprofit operating one of the region’s largest networks of [[berkeley|California]] Certified Farmers’ Markets. The certification matters: under California law, only producers (not resellers) can sell at a Certified Farmers’ Market, and PCFMA enforces this across all of its markets.

The organization runs markets across the East Bay and Peninsula — including College of San Mateo (Saturdays at 1700 W Hillsdale Blvd) and other locations spanning Alameda, San Mateo, and Contra Costa counties. PCFMA’s curation is the verification: vendors are vetted producers, and the markets serve as the principal small-grower-to-eater venue across the regions they cover.
